Return Policy

If the product you received is defected or there is shipping error, you can return it within 15 days of purchase.
Please contact us at admin@bookseed.com first. If the product qualifies for return we will send you a RMA number.
Returned product must be kept intact and in new condition.
CD, VCD, and DVD must not been opened.
If only one item within a set has problem, only return the problem item.
Please return the product with original package and receipt, RMA number should be marked on the receipt.
Return package must be able to be tracked, e.g. Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground.
Right after you ship out the returned package, please contact us at admin#bookseed.com and notify us the ship date and tracking number.
